We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Understand solutions portfolio and help convert deals with the customer (RFP, pre sales).
- To be open to take short term / long term billable Consulting roles to facilitate downstream business.
- Handle multiple PoC / Pilot build projects on various innovations.
- Handle client visit, joint solutioning with the client team, work on building joint PoC with the clients and alliance partners.
- Should interface with multiple technology teams in developing solutions/ platforms.
- Responsible for domain led delivery, account mining for identified accounts and supporting Sales & Pre sales in proposals/pursuits/events.
- Reaching the KPIs for selling solution to the client.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Over 10 years of relevant project experience. Experience in following areas is mandatory: Production experience, MES, Manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, Automation, robotics.
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing/Production units of reputed manufacturers.
- Understanding of production and pre-production business processes.
- Experience of Business Analysis for process improvements and implementing new systems.
- Functional design and use of IT systems that include at least some of the following:
- Engineering design systems, PLM, Shopfloor Controls and Automation, PLC, DCS, SCADA.
- Production Planning and Scheduling, MES, Quality systems, Asset Maintenance, Inventory Management, Supplier management systems.
- Desired skills: Experience of creating and presenting business cases, and implementation plans is valuable, Experience of documenting and presenting IT solutions is valuable, Previous consulting/IT services experience is a valuable but not compulsory.
- English and German language speaker.
