Montash have been engaged by a Global Company to manage a roll out of Global Operations Trackwise (GOTrack) to a number of their different sites. This is replacing their current Sanofi solution Phenix.
You will be responsible for the preparation of the rollout of the GOTrack systems to their global sites, focusing on Process deviation management, Investigation Management, CAPA, Change Control Management and Technical Market Complaints
You will manage the following:
-Creation of Process flows
-Creation of project timelines
-Creation and adaption of a Transition Plan to ensure compliance with two different quality management systems at a site
-On Boarding and training execution for Key Users Globally
-Governance and Support of end User training
-Support Project reporting for work packages according to define timelines
Required Skills
-Project Management (team building, status reporting, cost and schedule planning, risk identification and management)
-Leadership skills
-Excellent Business acumen
-PMI of PRINCE2 skills required
-GOTrack roll out experience
