We are currently recruiting for Project Supply Manager ?to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Project Supply Manager
Position Type: 1 year fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- Taking part in project bidding during early phase in terms of supply chain scope.
- Designing and continuously optimizing supply solutions for individual projects.
- Supervising and coordinating the implementation progress of customer contracts (including the progress of site surveys, production and stock-up, consignment, transportation)
- Publishing the implementation status of customer contracts and communicating with sales, producing departments and customers in case of emergencies.
- Setting up and improving the logistics solution of your designated project and ensuring a smooth logistic flow while maintaining high customer satisfaction and cost reduction.
- Supervising the inventory of individual projects and achieving low inventory, low cost, high satisfactory delivery through integrated coordination between delivery plan and installation plan.
- Identifying customer’s fast-changing demand alteration, providing value-added service to and reaching win-win situations with customer.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher International Trade, Business Administration or related commercial discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of supply chain management.
- Ability to supervise delivery implementation in both information and physical cargo flows.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Openness’ for challenges and ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated for working in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent Chinese speaker, good oral and written communication skills in English (German also preferred).
- Microsoft Excel data analysis skills and understanding of ERP system will be strength.
- With hands on spirit to handle on site or in center warehouse inventory checking and cycle counting.
- Ability to travel alone to sort out issues with customers, subcontractors about equipment supply Germany wide
