Test Specialist Validation & Verification
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with option of extension
Ort: Area of Würzburg
(Arbeitsnehmerüberlassung) 40 h/week
For our client, a global technology company, we are currently looking for a Test Specialist Validation and Verification:
Objective:
- Deliver an effective, efficient test service in accordance with the project plan using a "Best Practices" compliant approach by carrying out and creating repeatable test cases on own initiative and assist in other testing
Tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of the technical file inclusive all necessary documentation during the test process
- Create, review and execute all relevant test documents within the necessary timelines
- Support and check the creation of specifications within the company
- Use appropriate tools for test management and test automation
- Reporting of issues by using the dedicated bug tracking tool
- Provide estimates and feedback to the Technical Project Management (TPJM) department for project scheduling purpose
- Gather and record relevant test information and test results and communicate these results to TPJM, R&D and IT personal
Profile:
- IT related, scientific or technical education/degree or equivalent
- Practical experience in writing and executing of software test cases based on specifications preferably in the medical device field
- Favorably certification according to ISTQB
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills in English and German language
- Independent and structured work style
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of complex distributed software systems and an analytic and creative mindset
