The opportunity
Our client is building a new office in the heart of Berlin. Join an exciting fresh team that is humble, hungry, and hunting to keep on the edge of technology

Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, and implementation
- Coordinate and control external non IT service providers
- Verify SOX compliance
- Control and monitor delivery processes
- Check compliance with the agreed delivery processes
- Start the delivery process to customers rollout
- Administer application infrastructure
- Coordinate the distribution of software and data on alternative delivery routes
- Control and commission onsite operations and hardware support
- Order processing, including master data maintenance

Qualifications:
- Previous 2+ years in commercial operations, controlling, or customer service roles
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Customer-centric attitude
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Hungry to learn new technologies; flexible to be trained on a new bespoke internal application
- Fluent German and English language
