- High level of experience is required
- Experienced in the design and implementation of SailPoint
- Policy Definition for PIM/PUM
- Needs to have strong knowldege in the area of Sailpoint
- Understand limitations of product aligned to demand
- Estimate realistic efforts of implementing requirements
- Advice in operations processes
- Work closely with architect and supplier organization and requirement engineer
- Supports the design process
- Supports the enforcement (implementation) of PIM/PUM policies in PAM subjects
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Pragmatic approach/Calm and approachable
- Experience of influencing via negotiation
- Experience of working with 3rd party partners.
