We work in the field of staffing services and innovative workforce solutions as well as in the field of consultancy. Our customers represent the TOP 50 of the German economy, e.g. in the sectors of telecommunication, logistics, banking and insurcance. In these areas of expertise we support our customers with specialized staff and highly qualified consultants.

For our customer from the Aerospace sector we are currently looking for a

Change Manager (f/m) Ref. Nr.: 13534

Contract: Freelance or employee
Duration: July 2017 - November 2017
Location: Munich

Tasks:
- Planning, execution and delivery of IT projects
- Definition and maintenance of project plans
- Definition of strategies and plans of approach
- Analysis and definition of objectives
- Definition and management of scope
- Risk and problem analysis and management
- Definition of tasks and deliverables (work breakdown structure)
- Definition of quality plans
- Definition and management of communication plans
- Definition of project organisation structures
- Definition of human and financial resources
- Definition of procurement requirements
- Change management
- Issue and problem management
- Ensure specification compliance
- Organisation of status and progress meetings
- Participation in functional and technical working groups
- Project reporting and monitoring (reporting on project activities)
- Organize, coordinate and lead the project team
- Plan maintenance and user support

Requirements mandatory:
- Stakeholders management
- Implementation of improvements following Lean-Six Sigma methodology
- On boarding of stakeholders for the change and transformation
- Organisation of Information campaign together with management
- Formalisation of customer feedback and provision to change team
- Organise and chair the Change board
- Comply with organization procedures to ensure integrity of the information
- Transition and transformation planning

Specific Practice:
- Management of Cyber/Information Security projects

Certifications:
- At least 1 certification among:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- or an equivalent certification recognized internationally

Methodologies:
- Prince 2, PMI or equivalent
- At least 1 of the following Risk Assessment methodologies: EBIOS, CRAMM, PILAR or equivalent

Standards:
- ISO2700X Series

Specific Skills:
- Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, SMTP, DNS, Syslog-ng, etc)
- Defence-in-depth Security Architecture
- Budgeting, organisational skills and analytical capability
- Presentation, communication and leadership skills

Requirements desired:
Certifications:
- At least 1 certification of the type Prince 2, PMI or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation Certification

Standards:
- STIX (Structured Threat Information Expression) with focus on following standards:
- CybOX (Cyber Observables)
- CAPEC (Attack Patterns)
- MAEC (Malware)
- TAXII (Threat Information Exchange)
