Our client is currently looking for a Program Manager (m/f) for a project in Berlin.
Description:- Work with the customer to devise Transformation strategy and plan
- Manage the generation of the plan across 7 Transformation work streams
- Generate a Program charter, mobilize and devise team to achieve Transformation charter, MIS Reporting, Risk and Issue management, work with customer, offshore SME and delivery managers to progress plan
- Full accountability for execution of the plan
Skills:
- Program management generic experience, Stakeholder management, Prince 2 or equivalent certification, must have managed e2e Programmes in IT
- Has successful track record in delivering and managing with Matrix teams 25-50, $10M budgets
- Transformation exp ideally in Agile, Devops, QA automation, Cloud, Re-Architecture, Microservices would be very useful
- Fluent in English and German although customer is happy to work in English.
- Must have excellent presentation skills and work under pressure
