ITIL Certified Service Delivery Manager (Berlin)

This is an English Speaking role, however candidates should be either fluent in German, or prepared to learn German to a level of fluency in a short space of time.My client are a highly regarded and fast growing online retailer. They are looking to hire a highly skilled Service Manager to work within a brand new facility in Berlin.

The service Manager will be responsible for setting in place Service Design and Transition management activities as well as measuring and monitoring services moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all services and suppliers
  • Set and document Service standards
  • Manage risks and issues
  • establish processes for incident management

This role will have a large commercial aspect to it, candidates will be required to be commercially aligned, driving value for money as well as excellence in services.

Required Skills

  • ITIL Certified
  • Excellent experience in Service Delivery
  • English/German language
