Leading international Consulting company requires an experienced Business Process Consultant to work on a large scale BSS transformation program, as below.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse best practice processes against customer requirements.
Facilitate identification of process gaps and propose recommendations to resolve these gaps
Drive functional scoping sessions for Transformation programs,
5-6 years experience in business analysis roles.
Profile:
Successful design and implementation of Business Transformation programs in the telecoms industry.
Meeting/exceeding non functional requirements for new BSS/OSS stacks as well as tuning existing stacks to improve performance9
Experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in Business requirements
Proven analysis techniques
Knowledge of TM Forum Business Process eTOM process maps
Practice of BPM methodologies
