Task:- Coordination and establishment of implementation guidelines based on Best Practice
- Formal review of specifications for approval for implementation
- Validate that actual implementation is compliant with implementation guidelines
- Coaching of new developers
- Control of the development team (distribution of mappings and defects)
- Tracking the implementation progress
- Strong alignment with lead architect regarding overall architecture
