Our client is a highly successful and already established startup business that manages wireless Inflight Entertainment (IFE) systems, which enables customers to access entertainment, shopping and destination services through their own devices.
They are about to hire a larger team of software specialists to develop their next product evolution and take the business to the next level.
As an experienced IT Product Owner CRM (m/f) with expert knowledge in building data intelligence tools and infrastructure, you will work closely with the onsite business and development teams. You will be specifying operational requirements, features and workflow for the BI side of the software systems as well as steering all the development objectives required.
Your responsibilities in more detail:
Responsible for the specification of requirements for the operational systems used by the company and support product evolution as well as various customer requirements.
Identify relevant use cases of stakeholders and prioritize according to our roadmap and company vision.
Be one of the main point of contact between CRM team and third party solution providers.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear technical baseline for operational software development, working with other members of the technical team.
Provide accurate estimates for assigned tasks and deliver these tasks to plan.
Required skills to perform this role:
Knowledge in CRM integration, BI solutions, and suites such as MS Dynamics or SalesForce.
You've gained wide experience in the whole product development cycle and project management in the field of software products over the last 3 years.
You feel comfortable being the point of contact for different stakeholders both inside the company and at third party providers.
You are able to assess and estimate user and business value.
Proven online product management experience on CRM related topic and strong understanding of CRM KPIs, data and analytics is a plus.
Degree in Software Engineering or similar
Confident communicator, with both technical and non-technical people.
Work experience in an agile environment, closely with developers.
