Project background
The program develops and implements the new Trade Promotion Management process and application template for the CPG units. The new application is based on SAP trade management using the modules TPM on HANA and Customer Business Planning (CBP).
The program management requires for its program management office support in the following areas:
- project management
- keeping and follow up to do lists
- organize, moderate and document meetings
- escalation management with providers
- Administrative change management following ITIL based IT change management process
- support the Program Manager in various administrative topics, eg budget control and invoice approval
Required Skills
- min 5 years IT project experience
- min 3 years as project manager/PMO
- min 1 years experience in SAP modules, preferably SAP SD or SAP CRM
- strong MS Office skills, especially excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint
- business fluent English and German language skills and Jira know how welcome
- offsite possible, has to be onsite when Project Meetings
- experience in processes for project management, change management and IT accounting welcome
