Networkers Technology is looking for a PM SuccessFactors for a role on part time basis in Cologne Area:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of a large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors. They provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria. The Project Manager assists during pre-sales cycle by providing input into the proposal especially in the area of delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk.
Summary:

- Assists clients in setting and securing appropriate project budgets and client resources.
- Completes required financial reporting accurately and on time.

Minimum qualifications:
Candidate must have:
- Minimum 4 years of PM experience in SuccessFactors/Cloud HCM environments.
- Minimum of 2 Full Life Cycle SuccessFactors Implementations as Project Manager.
- Proven ability of co-ordinating global teams.
- Ability to interpret and prioritise multiple, potentially conflicting requirements.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects, customers and project teams.
- Candidate must be willing to travel up to 40%.
- Must be fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications:
Candidates would ideally have:
- SuccessFactors, Workday or cloud consulting experience a plus, but not a must
- PMP Certification a plus, but not a must.
- SuccessFactors certification is a plus, not a must.
- Preferably exposed to international companies.
- Additional European Languages a bonus but not critical
