Big Data Developer (Splunk)
Are you a talented freelance Big Data Developer? Are you an expert when it comes to Splunk?
Type: Contract - 3 Month rolling
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: To €640/day
Our client, a global pharmaceutical, is currently searching for a Big Data Developer to join their team maintaining & improving a Splunk Big Data Lake. You will be responsible for developing the solution for the lake to ingest further data from multiple sources utilizing various Big Data tools.
Responsibilities for the Big Data Developer (Splunk)will include (but not limited to):
Develop data ingestion solutions for the Big Data Lake
Maintain the current data integration layer
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to improve the Big Data Lake and the service this provides to the business
Skills required for the Big Data Developer (Splunk)will include (but not limited to):
Proven experience working on Big Data Projects (Hadoop/Cloudera)
Extensive experience with Splunk (Preferably Hunk, too)
Data Integration/ETL experience, preferably with Talend
Knowledge of working in Enterprise scale environments
This particular role is an urgent requirement that is due to last long term. We are keen to speak with experienced Developers that are willing to work onsite in Germany ASAP.
