• Request and manage the administration activities such as: Access request to Sharepoint, Contracts and Purchase Requests, Sharepoint - Upload all relevant project documentation
• Create the monthly Status Reporting
• Depending on project progess and changes, additional consultancy in scope of typical PMO activities may be requiredErforderliche Kenntnisse
• Analytical and hands-on experience regarding data collection and aggregation
• Ability to simplify complex circumstances
• Ability to provide the team potential Solutions / suggestions based on gathered information
• Ability to derive potential project risks based on existing information for the team
• Good communication skills with diplomatic and determined personality
• Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence and MS Project
