Montash is currently looking for a Regional Process Manager to work with our client on their project with remote working. Purpose of the job The Regional Process Manager Account to-Report (A2R) / Customer Invoicing-to Cash (Ci2C) within the SBS Region Europe PMO department reports to the Head of Account to-Report (A2R) Process Management - SBS Region Europe (m/f) to drive the Account to-Report (GL, Reporting and FA processes) and Customer Invoicing-to Cash (Customer Qualification & Master Data; Customer invoicing; Operational Credit Management; Cash Collections and Dunning; Cash Applications; Bad Debt management) Process and Transformation Management. This includes the processes executed within our clients Business Services as well as within the local country Finance teams. Principal tasks The Regional Process Manager Account to-Report (A2R) / Customer Invoicing-to Cash (Ci2C) reports to the Head of Account to-Report (A2R) Process Management - SBS Region Europe (m/f) to support process standardization and implementation of transformation projects for the A2R/Ci2C end to-end processes for Europe (excl. France): Primary responsibility within his/her authority Manage the projects for Account to-Report end to-end processes on a regional level Support the team in identifying, address and align necessary innovations and transformation initiatives as part of the A2R / Ci2C End to-End process (to shape global/ regional roadmaps) Coordinate regional transformation projects (incl. IS / IT implementations as e.g.Trintech Cadency) & continuous improvement initiatives applying Lean principles (deliverables / concepts) Facilitate workshops to define gap analysis / continuous improvement etc Support defining and implementing the A2R / Ci2C global operating model for the region Europe Responsible for budget preparation to achieve projects' goals and prepare for project approval Responsible for controlling versus budget for initiatives managed Development of project schedules including conflict solution Prepare presentations to management and Steering Commitee meetings Effectively communicate project deliverables to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and ensure understanding and buy in Principal professional relations Closely collaborates with external parties (BPO provider; Third party consulting firms) and SBS / our client's key internal stakeholders (Corporate Finance, ITS, …) Qualifications and know how Training Relevant certification in project/ program management is a must Sound knowledge of Basic Lean principles is a major asset (L1 training) Six Sigma Green belt certification is a plus Languages (reading, writing, speaking skill) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Fluent in French (written and spoken) is a plus Experience and specific knowledge 2 3 years direct work experience in Project Management capacity 3 5 years direct work experience in Account to-Report process area 1 2 years direct work experience in Customer Invoicing-to Cash process area is a plus Proficient in project management software Background in accounting / experience as General Ledger / Fixed Asset / AR Accountant on country level is a plus Track record in driving and managing process standardization and improvement projects Track record of having effectively managed tool implementations (e.g. Trintech Cadency) across countries is a major asset Experience in working in a Shared Services environment/ BPO provider is a plus Background as an auditor within an external or internal audit environment is a plus International background with exposure to multicultural environments is a plus Professional skills Sound understanding of Account to-Report / Customer Invoicing-to Cash process Good project management skills (Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner) Good understanding of common Information System (IS) solutions used with our Client in the context of the end to-end A2R process (e.g. Trintech Cadency, ...) is a plus Very good communicator with an ability to discuss at several levels internally and externally IT Literate (master skills MS Office Tools, Visio etc) Personal skills Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner Hands on personality with strong delivery skills and high levels of proactivity Very good communicator with an ability to discuss at several levels internally and externally - in a multicultural environment Montash - SAP - Process Manager - A2R - Ci2C - Montash
