Your profile
- You are empathetic, pro-active, creative and goal-orientated.
- Your education in technology and previous work experience provides you with a solid background in software development processes and tooling (JIRA and other SCRUM tools)
- You have previous experience as a Scrum Master with proven knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably with a SCRUM certification
- You have a technical understanding of software development, preferably with Customer Relationship management background in Telecommunications (experience as a Developer is a plus but not necessary)
- You enjoy coaching your team members and coordinate cross-functional teams
- You are able to facilitate continuous improvements and effectively communicate achievements and benefits from a business perspective
- You enjoy day-to-day communication in a multilingual environment and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English as well German.
