We are looking for a "Program / Project Management and PMO Member (m / f)" for our customer from the logistics industry in Hannover.Tasks:
• observe and analyse procurement markets
• supplier-selection and –evaluation
• build up long-term co-operations to suppliers
• early bundling of demands on goods and services for the company
• request for information/quotations (RFI/RFQ) execute and run tenders
• negotiate with suppliers and close (frame)contracts
• strong communication with requesting Units
• order-confirmation – control of delivery – handle complaints / reminder
• use and evaluate procurement processes and tools (eg. SAP, Indicium, eProcurement, Spend Cube
Requirements:
• Long term procurement experience essential
• English language skills able to negotiate with suppliers
• strong SAP-MM and Microsoft knowledge
