* Support of the department in output management (focus: offer forms) to ensure ongoing operations
* Quality assurance (spool check, error analysis, error correction together with IT)
* Interface between department and IT, definition of test constructions, implementation of offers, implementation and testing
* Customizing knowhow CRM for controlling/creating new forms
* timely arrangement/adaptation of forms, texts, text blocks, rules
* close coordination with clients
