Telephony Call Centre Consultant - Berlin - 4-6 weeks

A Global Employee Incentive Organisation that receive around 200,,000 calls per year are looking to hire a Telephony Call centre consultant to complete an initial review of the following:

  • Call Centre Processes
  • Call centre efficiency
  • Interplay between the website and the Call Centre
  • How calls are being processed
  • Required Coverage (ie 24/7)
  • Managed Escalation Levels

The overall Goal is to reduce cost and efficiency as well as improve customer service.

The successful candidate will require the following:

  • Previous experience with working in a global company
  • Extensive Call Centre Process review experience
  • Experience with working with Outsourced Call Centre companies
  • Willingness to work in Berlin for 4-6 weeks initially
  • Although English language is the primary means of communication, language skills across either German, Italian, French or Spanish would be preferred
