Job Responsibilities:
- Customer development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities, bring new customers and opportunities for Smartphone business, manage good relationship with customers and increase sales. Focus on Open market: (Consumer Electronic Retail, Telecommunication Stores, Operator).
- Develop and increase the business with appointed existing Smartphone Customers, relationship with customers, increase sell in & sellout.
- Make sales & Marketing target & plan for customers, endeavor to reach the Target.
- Customer management: Strategy making, commercial condition negotiation, stock management; arrange marketing and promotion activities with customers, budget control, quality control for the result; PoS visit/ store check, sales data analysis and review, etc.
- Market research, market data analysis, Provide accurate market information to internal team.
- Support Smartphone Marketing, including share marketing information and ideas, support marketing events.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experiences in smartphone business and familiar with German smartphone market, channel and customers.
- Able to work with efficiency both independently and in a collaborative team.
- Good relationship with smartphone industrial partners /Customers, etc.
- Highly motivated with excellent time management skills and prioritization skills.
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism with solid business acumen.
- Excellent presentations skills, professional demeanor on phone and in person.
- Excellent relationship building skills with ability to build business relationships with customers and partners.
- Fast learning in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively against hard deadlines.
- Proven track record exceeding revenue quota targets
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Result oriented and problem-solving oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, flexibility to work extended hours.
- English language proficiency: good oral and written English
- Willingness to Travel
