The client is looking for a Senior Consultant managing the newly established Central Program Office (CPO), which supports several international projects in the Cyber Security Engineering and Crypto Engineering environment. The Consultant will closely work together with the Project Managers and Project Management Offices.The candidate is expected to support the program by means of:
- Implement the Central Program Office
- Develop standards, guidelines and processes for a unified project management
- SharePoint administration
- Demand and Stakeholder Management
- Administer und control the program’s Financials and Budgeting
- Support and cooperate with experienced Project Managers and PMOs
- Manage program risks
- experience in Change Management and Vendor Management
- support of procurement
- Evaluate project quality
- Support project status reporting
Skills and experience:
The candidate must have:
- experience in the financial sector incl. financial controlling
- Strong communication, mediation and integration skills
- Act independently on a high quality level
- Fluent in German and English (Spoken and Written)
The candidate should have:
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent MS Project knowledge
- Excellent MS SharePoint knowledge
- Excellent CA Clarity knowledge
- Work experience in program and project management office
