An opportunity has arisen for a contract position in a rapidly growing consulting company specialising in the investment banking industry. Our client is looking for a candidate who has investment banking knowledge from both a business and technical perspective. The candidate is expected to have the ability to communicate effectively with both the IT and Business teams to ensure the project demands are met.
Essential Skills:
- Investment banking knowledge
- Product understanding from a modelling and pricing perspective
- Front Office System - Summit & Murex
- P&L/Risk Management understanding (Market Price Risk).
- Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English would be a plus.
The role will involve working with other development groups and end users. The candidates must be able to meet deadlines and reporting accurately the status of the work and any issues/problems.
The assignment will be in Fft Germany with some travel to London likely.
As background, Infotime currently has projects within the trading, risk management and Back Office operations of leading investment banks in Germany and London. We specialise working as the interface between the business and IT world.
Start date: IMMEDIATE
Role: Contract position - initially 6 months with further extensions likely depending on performance and project demands.
