For our client in the energy sector in North Rhine-Westphalia we are looking for a Senior Consultant Operational Excellence (m/f).
Your tasks:
- Act as gatekeeper for OE standards, approach and framework
- Build capabilities in OE teams by coaching team members
- Support leadership team in defining and implementing strategic topics
- Further develop OE approach and framework
Your profile:
- Broad experience in Operational Excellence and Transformations, ideally with consulting background
- Experience in building high performing international OE teams
- Hands-On experience in training and coaching
- Understanding of the energy sector
