For my client, a global pharmaceutical company based near Frankfurt, I am currently looking for a freelance "Project Management Consultant" to support the Global Drug Safety Department in a project focused on Compliance, Signal/Benefit Risk, Continuous Improvement, Communication, Leadership & Team Spirit, Development and Learning Organization. The project starts in April with a capacity of 5 days/week on-site and a project length of approx. 3 months.You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Project management for whole program
- Review and update of Work-Streams' project plans
- Send reminders for key deliverables to Core Team members
- Request and collect status updates from Core Team members
- Track and update realized project wins
- Planning and organization of regular meetings
- Document meeting results
- Prepare, review and circulate meeting minutes
- Driving the program as responsible Program Manager
For this role, the following qualification is required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Drug Safety a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good performance and time management
- Excellent project management
- English business fluent
