Wir suchen aktuell eine/n freiberuflich tätige/n Projektmanager/in für ein großes Unternehmen in Hessen.
Mission:
Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time within budget and scope. The project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
The project manager is skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that he oversees.
He is in permanent relationship with the teams in charge of the technical implementation whether they are internal (IT department) or external (consultants).
Reporting to:
Hierarchically - site GM
Functionally- CIO
Managed people:
Project team members, consultants
Main activities:
- Write the statement of work and functional specifications while taking business needs and conformity with the Group's recommendations into account
- Evaluate the impact of the system implementation on the organisation
- Consult and get proposals for the implementation. Organise the validation of the proposal.
- Write the project charter
- Plan resources (human, financial, technical resources)
- Follow up the implementation and organise user acceptance testing
- Write/validate documentation with key users, animate meetings and organise trainings
- Organise the go live phase, especially build the cut over plan
Target profile:
- 5 years experience in a similar position

Experience:
- Office automation tools (MS Office, MS Project)
- Good and solid experience with MS Dynamics AX
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
