Senior Business Consultant - CRM and Billing
Job location: Bonn, Germany
My client is looking for a senior individual with proven business acumen to work on their largest account, to provide successful strategic CRM/Billing insight to secure the winning of valuable contracts.
Requirements:
Extensive work experience with Deutsche Telekom/T-System telecom IT department.
Specific experience in CRM and Billing in Germany.
Current experience of Deutsche Telekom systems would be a huge advantage.
Good understanding of T-Systems telecom IT organisation and resources.
Strong experience in the following areas:
- Marketing
- Architecture
- Design
- Deployment
- Operation
The candidate should act as the company's coach/mentor/guide in order to provide successful bid management strategies.
