* Assure that the quality scope in the base port is fulfilled* Coordination of the Quality Inspectors from the subcontractor
* Regular Reporting
* Maintain confidentiality towards external parties
* Conduct work according to applicable industry norms and standards
* Reports to the construction quality manager
* Review the deviation reports received from quality inspectors, assure that NCRs are well reported
* Coordinate with the Base Port Manager and Preassembly Manager the daily inspections with the customer and subcontractors
* Direct coordination of walk downs with the customer and subcontractors
* Ensure that quality gates in the base port are correctly done and reported
* Review the quality walk downs reports from quality inspectors
* Ensure the check and reporting of the NCRs/Snag list closed in the base port on a daily basis
* Support the Base Port Manager and Preassembly Manager on daily needs from quality department
* Attend to regular committees with the Technology and Construction Management to follow up the open points and closure of deviations
* Ensure that the quality management criteria comply with the corporate standards and that mistakes are avoided
* Knowledge of standard quality processes in an industrial environment
* Minimum of 3 years- experience in quality in WTG installation (onshore, offshore or other industrial plants)
* Experience in the coordination of teams
* The usual onshore certificates (for example G41, First Aid, Working at height, etc-)
* Safety behavior improvements / HSE culture
* Risk Assessmet
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Team player, intercultural and conflict resolution skills
* Structured working method
* Fluent in German and English
