We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) who will implement ServiceNow platform for our customer, with respect to Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Request Management.Responsiblities:
- Steering of involved suppliers as well as internal teams to contribute to the success of the project
- Applying the required governance, project meetings, PSCs, (regular) reports to (senior) stakeholders etc.
- Managing risk and issues, project plan and progress as well as project financials
- Ensure project delivery is compliant with our customer's project delivery standards
Skills:
- Excellent PM skills
- solid knowledge of Service Management / ITIL / SIAM preferred
- proven track record of similar projects (i.e. multi supplier projects in a similar setup)
- Strong communication skills,
- experience with offshore teams (India) e.g. for Testing
