We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a RIC Manager to join their business in Bavaria region, Germany.

Position Title: RIC Manager
Position Type: Contract

Requirements
- The ( deputy ) RIC Manager is responsible for the overall RIC services.
- He is responsible for the whole reporting to the management as well as to the customer.
- Furthermore he improves and controls the progress, processes, resources and performance of the RIC.

Responsibilities in details as below:
- Support control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Take ownership of customers & own management issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer actions and discussions
- Support to develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to customers & own management
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Tracking of the daily tasks and reporting internal and towards customer
- Escalation Management Support
- Access and Accounts Management ordering and maintain for RIC personal
- Taking care the work environment inside Office and RIC Rooms
- Clarification of Site specific Issues with internal and external Partners

Qualifications
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques (PMP preferred)
- Proficiency in English & German
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of Telecommunications latest technology trends and applications
- Especially with Huawei RAN Products SRAN 2G/3G/4G
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Daily business location is Nürnberg
- Flexible in Working , Early / Late Shifts are possible during the week
- Develop, analyse and improve work processes
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships at all levels with both internal and external
- Expected to be analytic thinking and result oriented
- Highly customer focused individual with a clear passion for delivering ahead of customer expectation
- The successful applicant should have a very high degree of interpersonal skills and be self-motivated, with an extremely high degree of both Customer and Internal Management
