We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a RIC Manager to join their business in Bavaria region, Germany.

Position Type: Contract

Requirements
- The ( deputy ) RIC Manager is responsible for the overall RIC services.
- He is responsible for the whole reporting to the management as well as to the customer.
- Furthermore he improves and controls the progress, processes, resources and performance of the RIC.

Responsibilities in details as below:
- Single point of contact for the customer and the swap teams
- Handling and planning of the RIC engineers & subcontractors
- Overall Swap coordination concerning the RIC
- Adjustment of planned swaps and solid drive tests
- Reporting to customer and Project Management
- Overall Process and procedure implementation and development
- Responsibility for overall resource schedules and planning
- Controlling and improvement of the RIC performance
- Performance Reporting to the customer and the project management
- Development and maintenance of databases and performance reports
- Downtime tracking and analyzing of the downtimes
- Access and Accounts Application and coordination with related departments
- Ensure that data fill will be available and implemented on time
- Providing technical support to the subcontractor for the site rollout, including Base Station commissioning and integration in the RIC side.
- Troubleshooting transmission, hardware and traffic quality issues.
- Handling all the alarms and KPI & QOS issues before cluster acceptance and handover to maintenance team.

Qualifications
- Completed vocational education as Technician in Electronics, Telecommunications or ICT
- Experience of working on OMC / NMC
- Knowledge in 2G/3G/4G
- Experience in 3G and Transmission networks
- Experience in operation and functional understanding of network equipment
- Experience with Network Management Systems and Applications
- Preferable Working knowledge in a Network Operations Centre
- Working knowledge with service management processes
- Strong experience in reporting and process controlling
- Ability to speak and write clearly in both German and English
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and high pressure situations
- A precise and problem-solving attitude
