• Projektstandort: Düsseldorf

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Introduction of new technology (Cloud applications) and migration of applications to Cloud environment. New team in place.
Consulting for development of concept (high level) for approach for change management, communication plan, knowledge management/training
Details of consultant achievements:
Change Managment:
- Creation of concept for change roadmap (vision presentation, impact anlysis, pepole involvement, enablement of people to mangage new processes / roles.....)
Communication:
- Communication Plan / packages / activities (communication medias, stakeholder, timeline, effort, content ...)
- Concept for social media presentation / information platform: (team, news, FAQ, calendar for activities & trainings, Howtos, all enduser documentation ...)
Knowledge Management / training:
- Support Concept knowledge database / portal (FAQ; documentations, howtos ..)
- support Development of training concept / plan (needs, packages, timeline effort, continous improvement ..)

Ihr Profil:
Several years experiences in communication, change, knowledge management & training
Knowledge of processes in IT business / ITIL prcesses
Basic understanding of IT technology

Soft skills:
High communication level on all stakeholder levels
High analytical skill
high conceptual skills
working independent and goal oriented
