Tätigkeitbeschreibung
• Define an annual test planning for the continuity service and disaster recovery of the strategic applications and services provided by subcontractors
• Manage the service continuity test with all the stakeholders
• Create the reports, lesson learn documents and the actions plan after the test to improve the Quality
• Review the Service continuity SLA

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
• Excellent Service Management Skills
• ITIL-Knowledge (a certificate would be a plus)
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English
