Responsibilities
- Analyze the business requirements of customers to create a complete picture of workflows and requirements, and identify fulfilment of those
- Support the sale of products and services to customers lead by the sales team
- Define the problem statement and primary objectives of customer requests
- Create business specifications that describe the problem statement, to a detail clear enough for the development team’s technical specifications
- Implement products and services with customer, including integration into customer’s existing or planned processes and systems
- Work collaboratively with customers and the product development, product management and sales teams and with international product management in coordinating requirements
- Use industry best practices to implement tracking and reporting and set up tracking tools/systems for projects from conception to delivery to synchronize the development teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years in a technical sales or consultancy role, ability to analyze market needs and translate to internal business teams
- Experience in an IT or internet related industry
- Proactive and able to own tasks independently
- Customer focused with ability to work in fast-paced, high target environment
- Native German; Fluent English languages
