Tasks
• Determine and implement required IT business solutions.
• Gathering requirements, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stake-holder interviews.
• Support the Business Engineer by describing the business processes.
• Assist in quality control and project management.
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure the business requirements documents are produced by Business Stakeholders and available for the deliverable.
• Performs high level top-down assessment of deliverable impact across different streams and validates impact with stream leads.
Requirements
• Experienced Business Analyst with several years of work experience.
• Profound Banking know-how, especially on Foreign Exchange and Regulatory topics (Clear-ing, MiFID, SEF etc.).
• Solid IT knowledge (UNIX, SQL and UML) and Project Management experience.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications.
• Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
• Fluent in English.
