Enhancement SAP Shared Services Framework (CRM WebUI) for HR Shared Service Center

Enhancing the underlying tool of the shared service center.
- Collect business requirement and perform a technical feasibility analysis of the given requirements
- Generate technical solution document
- Prepare and support quality gates (Design --> Build --> Deploy)
- develop/code product enhancements in SAP''s shared services framework (SSF) on basis SAP CRM
- Conduct unit tests of product devlopments/enhancements
- Conduct/support integration testing of products
- Generate testing plan, catalog and use cases
- Support user acceptance tests
- Support deployment and hand over to service operation
- Support hypercare and bugfixing post Golive

Anforderung:
WebUI ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
ABAP ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP BSP ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP SSF (Shared Service Framework) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.

Branchenkenntnis:
- HCM Processes and Forms nice to have

Sprache:
- Englisch

Sonstige Kenntnisse und Anmerkungen:
- Understand technical principles of barcodes, archiving, document creation.
- Basic understanding of human resource processes and procedures
