Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir externe Unterstützung für folgendes Projekt:
Job Description:
• The resource should support the department of Verification Services (VS) within CEM regarding planning of budget and resources including monthly updates.
• Monthly preparation of the related KPIs; clarifications and alignment’s within VS and with external interfaces regarding planning, tasks and budget.
• Consolidation of resource and budget planning for Verification Services (VS) department of site and preparation of related overviews and KPIs; (input: monthly planning meetings of TIMs and VS team leads
• Budget control and preparation of KPIs (monthly updated) for VS related test budget status (DL and ODC) per project and presentation to management of VS and the projects responsibilities (TIMs)
• Support of VS line functions to get needed clarifications and confirmations regarding foreseen orders with project responsibilities
• Alignment of project test schedules with OPS regarding forecast of needed drivers, operators and infrastructure; clarification of overlapping’s between the team leads of VS and OPS
• Preparation of a multi project schedule for test activities of VS; identify and clarify overlapping’s and resource shortages with line management of VS
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Master degree in industrial engineering
• Good experience with MS Office
• Planning experience and experience with MS project and Primavera
• Basis experience within Railway business
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Engagement, team working, results oriented and skills in problems solving
• Good presentation and communication skills especially to simplify complex issues
• Good skills for working with BT internal teams as well as intercultural skills
• Systematic, analytical and flexible mindset
• High pressure tolerance and team leadership skills
• Problem solving capacity
