For our client in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Demand Manager
Start: February 2017
Duration: 3 month roll over
Language: English
Location: Düsseldorf
Tasks- Facilitate between the involved business entities, in particular marketing and customer operations, and the
technical project team to achieve the best possible solutions
- Provide business requirements following the SMART methodology, assuring that the requirements are
understood by the technical project team and suppliers
- Support testing of business features in all testing phases to ensure that the agreed business features are
achieved as requested
Skills
- Telecommunication Experience
- Very strong business analysis skill (preferred in prepaid business)
- Knowledge about German pre/postpaid market
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- High resilience to cope with short delivery timelines and contrasting needs of the stakeholders
- Regular alignment with involved stakeholders (internal, 3rd party suppliers, etc)
- Autonomous and pro-active workstyle
- Experience in international, multicultural project environments
- Follow the project processes and methodology as defined for the project.
