One of our well established client is looking for Telecom Business Analyst with German Speaking
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Job type: Contract
Job Description:
- The candidate must have over 12 years' experience in telecommunication domain
- The candidate must have proven experience of facing business user, Driving requirement workshops, and implemented requirement management/requirement governance processes in 1-2 projects/accounts.
The candidate must have worked in one or more of the following products as hands on implementation:
- SalesForce.Com
- Sigma
- Callidus
- Pega
- BigMachines
- The candidate must have implemented any or multiple of the above COTS products for 5 or more telecommunication clients
The candidate must have clear understanding of the areas of
- Lead and opportunity management
- Order 2 Cash/Order Management
- Order fulfillment
- Sales Incentives Management/Commissioning
- Campaign Management/Next Best activity
- Online Sales & Service
- The candidate should have native/fluent German proficiency in both Speaking & Written communication
- The candidate must be aware of telecommunication standards like eTOM, TAM & SID
- The candidates must be team player and comfortable to work in on-shore-offshore model.
- The candidate able to support testing team for review & sufficiency
