Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
We are looking for an experienced Testing/QA Manager who is able to setup and run Testing/QA processes for Hadoop based central data services (REST APIs).
The service are developed on a cloud based platform using latest Web, App and Data Technologies (IOT devices)
- set up the end-to-end testing and QA process reflecting the architecture of the service (API test down to UnitTests)
- setup required operative measures concerning release management, deployment and service monitoring
- Plan automated test cycles, integrate into overall testing cycles
- Ensure success of continuous integration and quality control through automation
- Work with Product Owner / Co-Product Owners, Technical Architects and Development Team to understand functional and technical requirements
Ihr Profil:
'- At least 5 years experience as Test Manager in agile environment
- Experience in leading a team of tester / developers with test role
- experience with DevOps
- experience with API development and testing
- experience with API release and version management
- ideally experience in micro services architectures and consumer driven tests
- Understanding of testing concepts and experience with testing tools and testing styles such as: unit testing, automated testing, continuous integration, NFR testing, Load and performance testing
- Familiarity with common tools JIRA + plugins (Zephyr), Gitlab, Jenkins), SonarQube as well as API specific test tools
- Ability to understand business value requirements and acceptance criteria and translate them into test objectives.
