Technical Project Manager Investmentbanking / Regulatories (Junior/Senior) (m/f) Ref. Nr.: 13290
Contractual relationship: Subcontractor / Freelancer or Employee
Duration: Asap for 6 month, option for renewal
Location: Postcode 6 - Frankfurt am Main
Tasks:
- Clarification/definition of project goals
- Analysis and creation of concepts and studies
- Project-related activity, budget and resource planning
- Participate in selecting and assigning tasks to internals and externals
- Prepare and obtain project approval
- Technical/business management of internals and externals working on project
- Project-related agreement of goals/tasks and assessment of project work of the internals
- Project controlling
- Management reporting
- Prepare and hold meetings with project steering committees
- Problem and risk management, incl. escalation
- Preparing/following up and leading project meetings
- Internal and external communication
- Quality assurance of the project deliverables
- Stakeholder management
- Scope and change management, incl. change approval
- Project marketing
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements regarding the project
- Coordination of overall acceptance process and handover to production
- Project closure and handover of all deliverables to management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Regulatory Reporting experience (EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, FATCA, FTT, etc.)
- Business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cash Equities; Futures and Options; Fixed Income, Derivatives; Credit and Rates Products or Structured Products.
- Good knowledge of the front to back processing required in Capital Markets businesses, including trade lifecycle
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD)
- Experience in managing projects with development teams nearshore/offshore
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technical background
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and requirements analysis techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- People management, motivational and leadership skills
