BSS Solution Architect - CRM - Customer Relationship Management - Billing - Revenue - Charging
RIZE are currently looking for an experienced BSS Consultant - someone who has the ability to act as the functional AND non-functional technical expert for customer relationship and revenue management within a BSS department of a major telecoms vendor.
The role will be challenging and will require you to work very closely with the supporting teams in order to help them understand enterprise, business system, business process and industry.
Conducting research and analysis are a part of your daily role - customer technical issues will generate enough work.
The client is fairly new to certain areas within the BSS, so coming on board as an experienced consultant means you will be taking a leading role with the customer and reporting alot of your findings and project milestones back to them.
No need for German language skills!
