Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld in Köln suchen wir ab Anfang Januar einen PMO (m/w)Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
• Collect & report on Knowledge group task progress
• Support Knowledge group supervisors
• Create status reports for ongoing project & BAU activities
• Collect, maintain and report on planning information as well as risks in Projects and BAU
• Organize and follow-up specific project & team requests like ordering, weekend work, etc.
• Organise and prepare all needed documents
• Organise meetings and write minutes
• Prepare meeting presentations on demand
• Support the Head of Department in the marketing of the project (Internal communication, events)
• Support the Head of Department in the resource management process and time tracking
• Be eventually the back-up of the Head of Department for certain tasks if needed and agreed
• Additional interaction needed with Belgian Head of Department , Belgian team and the Indian GS Network team
Technical requirements:
- IT background
- MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Outlook)
- Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS project) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge in project management

Methodology / certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Project Management certification appreciated
- Formal training in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel appreciated
Language Requirements:
- Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
