Responsibilities
- Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
- Influence customers to buy, upgrade or retain product or service by identifying customer needs and matching those needs to the benefits offered by the product or services
- Leveraging existing sales documentation or sales script
- Document customer contact, product purchase or termination and otherwise maintains customer data by entering, verifying and backing up data in salesforce or other CRM system used
- Documents and feeds back customer comments and product improvements suggestions to the sales, marketing and product management teams
- Suggest sales or customer contact campaigns based on sales or retention possibilities identified through customer contacts
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, either field or telesales
- Customer focused and passionate, experienced in selling to customer needs
- Good MS office and PC skills
- Persuasive, organised, persistent personality
- Interest in IT and technology, as a product
- Native German, Fluent English language
