Es soll eine neue Technikerplattform auf Basis des Tools mLog implementiert werden, diese ist prozessual mit Cable Master verbunden. Für diese Technikerplattform sollen Requirements gesammelt und definiert werden. Falls das Tool mLog nicht bekannt ist, wäre alternativ Know-how in einem anderen Programm aus der "Mitarbeiter-Disposition" hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.Job profile
• Supporting the business departments with business requirement definition, gathering, structuring & documentation of business requirements in written form
• Leading Workshops / Meetings for definition, review & validation of business requirements
• Analyzing impact of business requirements on current processes, organization, external partners and IT Systems
• Joint work with the process management department
• Joint work with the solution architect
• Joint work with system analysts in charge of configuring / developing the relevant systems
Skills
Must-have
• Deep Knowledge of business analysis, preferably at cable network operators or in the telecommunication area
• Experience in gathering, structuring and description of business requirements
• Understanding of product launch/introduction of new product portfolio, billing & CRM processes
• Strong communication skills
• Hands on & driver mentality
• Very structured way of working
• Fluent in German and English
