Dauer: 12 Projektmonate ++
Projectdescription:
Responsible management of a global project for the implementation of functional extensions in the area of treasury with the following activities:
- Project planning and project setup
- Issue-, risk-, change- und resource management
- Controlling and reporting
- Design, preparation and execution of workshops
- Compiling of status reports for different stakeholders (e. g. steering committee), management presentations and decisionmaking aids
- Project documentation
- Reporting to steering committee and line management
- Project budget approx. 2 Mio €
Profile of Qualification:
- Long-term experience in IT project management preferably within a validated environment (Pharma or Life Science industry)
- Practical experience with SAP projects, especially in the area of finance and treasury
- Profound knowledge in project management methodology
- Experience in the design and execution of workshops
- Skills in elaborating target-group-specific presentations, decisionmaking aids and status reports (especially on executive level)
- Business fluent English and German
- Strong administration, coordination and communication skills
- Committed, conscientious and independent way of working
