Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:

Project:
The objective of the global S15 programme is to deliver external reporting compliance with IFRS15 for our client by the effective date; in addition, it will deliver necessary changes to management reporting covering all revenue and IFRS15 impacted costs.
Key activities in scope of the Solution to be delivered are:
- Data ingest (covered by Local Market Data Standardisation and Group Integration);
- IFRS15 calculations (covered by the S15 Accounting Engine);
- Integration with existing global financial applications to allow costs and revenues to be correctly posted (covered by the Group Integration and EVO & Group Reporting);
- End user reporting at the local market level (covered by the Local Market Data Standardisation platform, iBIS and iView);

Role purpose:
The Systems deployment manager is accountable for all work package releases deployment across S15 programme: this covers all the domains, SELL, BUILD, RUN, BILLING, ESB.
The role shall cover the definition and execution of the work package deployment strategy in accordance with the programme needs and the EVO release planned.
He/She is responsible for leading the deployment & environment strategy across the programme.
Covers the requirements analysis, the solution architecture with the domain & architecture leads, the management of the solution design, overlooking of the build with the domains, the solution acceptance, the stabilisation in production and the control of benefits realisation with the business according to defined KPIs.
Within his/her key accountability, the system deployment manager will interact with the business (mainly finance), the domain leads, the test managers and the infrastructure & operation teams to define and deliver the committed roadmap.
The role will act as Subject Matter Expert for system deployment.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
1. Impact on the business:
Act as IT representative towards business and business representative towards IT for all S15 RUN processes and IT systems. Assess and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs. Develop overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution.
2. Customers, supplier and third parties:
Ensure that solutions implemented meet business objectives and leverage best practice. Working collaboratively with central and local Technology stakeholders to ensure that the right technology infrastructure are in place to support the central and local delivery and operations.
3. Leadership and teamwork:
Leads and manages a S.I. project and internal virtual teams virtual team of 5/10 heads, set up and support the Enterprise solutions. Provide leadership and technical guidance to technical architects. Lead effort, plan and coordinate with programme managers, domains lead, technical departments and test managers to package technical work package release
4. Innovation and change: Drive innovation agenda in RUN process and systems together with SW providers, Business and Sis. Maximise the usage of technology in order to simplify systems and processes and ultimately drive efficiency in Enterprise to enable business growth.
5. Communication: Have strong verbal and stakeholder management skills. Absorb Complex Technical information and communicate effectively at all Levels to both Technical and Non-Technical audiences. Influence a significant part of own Organisation and Influence Customers/Suppliers and Industry at Senior Management Level. Develop High-Level Relationships with Customers, Suppliers and Industry leaders.

Skills:

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Academic: BSc or BEng as minimum and MSc or MBA (Preferred)
- Technology: TOGAF
- Telco Processes and Operations: NGOSS
- Industry / Customer / Product: Enterprise Products
- Professional: Business Architecture and Analysis

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
1. Business acumen with solid E2E understanding of Enterprise processes. Has proficient experience in IT strategy definition and applications solution.
2. Experience of business transformation preferably in Enterprise context on large international programme.
3. Extended knowledge of the most relevant SW components and vendors in more than one of the following technology areas: Solution catalogue, Salesforce, Customer hub, CRM, CPQ, Online, COF, BI, Integration, Billing, Commissioning, OSS.
4. Have good line management experience. Experience of Quality Assurance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.
5. Qualified with post graduate professional experience (preferred)
