Projektmanager RFI/ RFP & MediaProjektbeschreibung:
- The outcome includes the way forward and a complex Group Request for Information (RFI) in 2017 (encompassing several subsidiaries, with several components and several media suppliers/partners/agencies)
- Overall project planning (timing, milestones, deliverables, paths, interdependencies, etc.)
o This includes the detailed planning of the 5-7 sub-projects, each in conjunction with its own sub-project lead
- Project management of total project and all sub-projects, e.g.
o Coordinate all core project team meetings & sub-project meetings
o Develop and send out agenda before the meetings
o Take notes during the meetings, focusing on action points
o Responsible for coordination the RFI documents, version control, etc.
o Prepare presentations to the steering board
o Regular follow up with project members & sub-project leads to ensure deliverables
- Fluent English and German is key
- Experience in managing a complex (Europe wide) RFI/RFP & Media projects is a must (this is not an IT RFI)
