TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum 01.02.2017 oder früher einen Senior Consultant ‘CRM’ (m/w).
Aufgaben:
* Capturing business requirements related to billing and invoicing processes
* Provide advice on building resilient and effective solutions
* Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions accordingly
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Particular areas of expertise:
- Customer master data / history management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Marketing functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, e.g. campaign execution / tracking, next best action
- Sales functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Use of / interfacing to product repositories
- CPQ (preferably PROS)
- Contract lifecycle management (preferably Icertis)
- Service functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Service processes in the financial industry
- Customer (touchpoints) interaction management
- Workflows and case management
- Interfacing with
o third party master data repositories
o third party customer account system / processing platforms
o enterprise data hub
- Experience with financial industry
* Understanding of the technical integration Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM add-ons
* Practical SOA knowledge
* Understanding of multi-tiered architectures.
* Excellent proficiency with modern development frameworks and tools
* Experiences with agile project methodologies
* Solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
* Preferred skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects in the recent past
- Prior experience with CRM software, preferably in the area of product management, contract management, order management, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes
